Current configured delivery charges: ৳50–৳666 inside Dhaka and ৳55–৳666 outside Dhaka. The final fee depends on the courier and delivery area you select at checkout.

Delivery areas & rates

Current checkout settings charge the displayed delivery fee inside Dhaka and the displayed fee outside Dhaka. The checkout shows the exact amount included in your order total. Delivery timing depends on your courier and location; we will share any available estimate after order confirmation.

Cash on delivery

Orders are placed without an online payment gateway. Customers pay the courier when the order arrives. Please confirm the customer’s phone number and order details before dispatching, and keep order status updated in the admin panel.

Size, exchange & return requests

For a size exchange, damaged item, or other return request, contact us before sending anything back. Keep the garment unused and retain its tags and packaging while we review the request. We will confirm the available next steps and any applicable courier costs individually.
